Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 1153 in Canton, GA. We are sponsored by Canton First UMC and are part of the Appalachian Trail District and the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). Please Log In if you are a member of the pack.

Pack 1153 was chartered in 2008. The pack consists of about 50 scouts and continues to grow. We offer hiking, camping, fishing, community service projects, and plenty of other fun and rewarding activities. The purpose of Cub Scouts is "fun with a purpose." While having a fun time is at the center of everything we do, the program also focuses on building character, integrity and citizenship in our scouts as well as teaching them skills in craftsmanship, safety, sportsmanship, and much more.

What have we been up to lately? Camping, fishing, hiking and having fun. We launched water bottle rockets and slept overnight at the Tennessee Aquarium! We also have a hiking club that rewards the scouts with their very own hiking stick once their hikes add up to 10 miles. We played a ton of games and sports and enjoyed chipping in to support our community with service projects. We graduated several scouts to Boy Scout Troops this year and we are looking forward to welcoming this year's new recruits.
